Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Utah to market, show and lease apartments to prospective tenants with courteous, prompt communication.

You will respond to applicants and residents, maintain apartment inventory, prepare move-in packages, and assist with renewals and newsletters. Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or leasing experience/training.
• Excellent people and communication skills required; professional, friendly and diligent.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks: inquiries, leases, renewals and rent collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains updated inventory of apartments and renewals.
• Establishes rapport with prospective residents and presents the community.
• Schedules showings and follows up with undecided prospects.
• Verifies rental applications for accuracy per regulations.
• Prepares move-in/welcome packages and assists move-in/out.
• Assists in rent collection and service requests for maintenance.
• Assists in producing the community newsletter.
• Supports Community Manager in their duties during absence.
