• Maintain updated inventory of apartments and renewals.
• Establish rapport with prospective residents and present the community.
• Schedule showings, overcome objections and follow up with prospects.
• Verify rental applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare move-in packets and assist in move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Assist in rent collection and service requests; help with newsletters.
• Support Community Manager and fill in during their absence.
