Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in service/sales related industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Self-motivated, positive personality, and sales-driven.
• Walking up and down stairs to show apartments and a neat, well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and renew current leases.
• Convert telephone traffic to appointments and tour communities with prospective residents.
• Handle move-in processes, paperwork, and keys delivery.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to resident concerns.
• Assist with general office duties and perform tasks as assigned.
