NALS Apartment Homes in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Leasing Specialist Floater to manage leasing activities, achieve optimum occupancy, and handle lease renewals with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in service/sales, clear communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between five Albuquerque properties. Compensation includes a $500 signing bonus, hourly pay of $17–$17.50, commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in service/sales related industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Self-motivated, sales oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and convert inquiries to appointments.
• Tour community with prospective residents and deliver move-in gifts.
• Review paperwork, credit checks, and lease terms with new residents.
• Renew current resident leases and manage move-out paperwork.
