NALS Apartment Homes seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager at Del Rio Apartments in Albuquerque, NM. Lead on-site staff, assist in hiring, training, and leasing duties, and ensure accurate rent processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management, preferably as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Demonstrable and verifiable skills in sales, clerical, supervisory, human relations, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer knowledge.

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Coordinate responsibilities and activities of on-site staff.
• Assist in hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining leasing staff.
