Job summary

Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to assist in the leasing office of [Property Name] Apartments in [City, State]. The Leasing Professional is the community’s sales representative.

The primary duties are to welcome prospects, understand their needs and wants and to be able to professionally present the features and benefits of the community to properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment leasing experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Stand and greet everyone entering the office
• Answer incoming calls professionally and greet prospects with rapport
• Welcome prospects, understand their needs, and present the community to close leases
• Inspect tour route, model apartments, and market-ready vacancies daily
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property, competitors, and neighborhood
• Review lease applications and assist with verification and notification of results
