Job summary

Sunrise Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to market and promote rental units, conduct tours, and secure commitments under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will manage leasing paperwork, deposits, and resident files while coordinating with maintenance and management to ensure a positive living experience.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Entrata software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents and legal materials.
• Proficient in basic math and financial calculations (percentages, discounts, interest).

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the community and available units in a professional manner.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Explain lease terms, policies, and rental rates to prospects.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and collect security deposits and rents.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Community Manager on property needs.
• Maintain resident files and records and follow up on service requests.
