The Valcap Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and maintain resident records. You will partner with management to achieve occupancy goals and deliver exceptional service.

The role offers weekday hours with some Saturdays, a base wage or salary plus leasing commissions/bonuses, and benefits like health insurance and PTO. Prior experience is helpful but not required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or real estate preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet leasing goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct property tours and highlight features and amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Process rental applications, screenings, and lease agreements
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy including social media marketing
• Handle resident concerns and service requests promptly
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable
• Support property management with administrative tasks as needed
