Ambling Management Company LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote our apartment community by guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. The role includes conducting property tours, answering questions, and following up with prospects in a timely manner.

A high school diploma or GED and basic English literacy are required. Three to six months of related experience or training is preferred, along with familiarity with MS Office and property management software like One-Site

• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interview prospective residents to assess needs and qualifications.
• Conduct property tours and follow up with prospects.
• Answer questions about the community and provide directions.
• Retrieve voicemails and distribute to team members.
• Maintain timely follow-ups per company policy.
• Inspect tour routes for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Prepare application packets and maintain supplies.
• Know the community and amenities and compare with surrounding listings.
