Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the community's sales representative, greet clients, present features, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include collecting deposits, ensuring model apartments are ready, maintaining knowledge of lease terms, policies, and market conditions, and applying strong customer service and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service or leasing is preferred.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present features and benefits of the community.
• Collect deposits and process applications.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit availability and policies.
• Utilize strong customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain relationships with locator services and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach to market the community and drive lead generation.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
