Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiating and sales abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of property marketing and social media.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; weekends required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about properties.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms.
• Maintain high occupancy rates and positive resident relations.
• Assist with lease paperwork and move-in process.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and special reports.
