Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Reserve at White River & Lafayette Landing in Indianapolis. You will lease apartments, conduct tours, and provide superior customer service to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and maintaining community standards while supporting the property team. Entry-level friendly with on-site training available.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Lease apartments via phone and in-person tours to prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospects and current residents to establish rapport.
• Provide excellent customer service and present the community professionally.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and manage renewal processes.
