Qualifications

• Outstanding sales ability in a computerized environment.
• Proven ability to convert prospects into leases and maintain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to prospects to secure leases.
• Convert walk-ins, phone calls and emails to appointments and leases.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming leasing office.
• Screen applicants including credit, employment and rental references.
• Prepare leases and conduct move-in orientations.
