You will work with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals, participate in marketing efforts, and provide ongoing support to residents.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing or real estate sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings and in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents and show apartments.
• Conduct property tours and explain features and amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Process rental applications, verify income and credit.
• Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy goals.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote vacancies.
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and support.
