Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Washington, DC to guide tours, process leases, and deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects. You will greet clients, present the community, collect applications, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining strong knowledge of the market and competitive offerings.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and are proficient with email and property management tools.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Proficiency with email and web-based applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Tour and lease apartments and sell the community's products and services.
• Answer the phone and respond to resident or prospect inquiries.
• Input information into the appropriate system and complete leasing paperwork.
• Prepare move-in documents and obtain keys and parking permits.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and market trends; assist with resident events.
• Work with team members across departments to deliver excellent service.
