Qualifications

• Must complete upon hire: Fair Housing, Preventing Harassment, and other Core Courses as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Policy Adherence: follow guidelines, demonstrate integrity, own actions, collaborate with team, uphold Cove values.
• Communication: provide professional customer service, convert phone traffic to appointments, manage CRM queue, tour apartments, and assist move-ins/move-outs.
• Leasing Execution: set objectives, meet deadlines, maintain leasing path facilities, and prepare accurate reports and documentation.
