Job summary

Dominium in Dallas, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Highland Hills to help residents find homes and guide them through the application process.

The role blends customer service and sales, with tours, follow-ups, and accurate data entry in Yardi PMS, while adhering to Fair Housing guidelines.

Candidates should have high school or equivalent, strong English communication, basic math, and availability evenings/weekends; housing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Basic math for rent calculations and fees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present units, close leases, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare homes for tours to ensure cleanliness and presentability.
• Know local schools, banks, shopping, and amenities; communicate these to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; enter data in Yardi PMS and complete guest cards.
• Assist customers with application completion and required documentation.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support community events and resident retention projects.
