Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• ResMan experience preferred.
• 2-year on-site experience as an Assistant Manager minimum.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver license and US work eligibility.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, development, rewards, and staff termination.
• Advertise vacancies and fill units; negotiate leases and collect deposits.
• Attract tenants; show units and discuss advantages of location and services.
• Collect rents, pay bills, forecast requirements, and manage evictions.
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints and coordinating repairs and renovations.
• Ensure security and safety measures; supervise contracts for maintenance and landscaping.
