Job summary

Camden Property Trust in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an energetic Apartment Leasing Professional to guide prospective residents through tours, lease signings, and move-ins. You’ll also support renewals, resident relations, and community events to keep the property welcoming and well-maintained.

You will greet visitors, process applications and leases, and deliver standout customer service while collaborating with the team to hit occupancy goals and create a positive living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Yardi experience a plus.
• Friendly, professional and goal-oriented.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, the leasing process, and move-ins. You’ll also assist with renewals, resident relations, and community events, ensuring our residents feel at home.
