Job summary

CAPITAL ASSETS is seeking a dependable Leasing Professional to join our apartment community team in Tulsa, OK. You will greet visitors, present amenities, and guide prospective renters through the leasing process with a focus on service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales or hospitality, a high school diploma, and familiarity with property management software. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required, and we offer training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, or retail customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with property management software is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as required by property needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and greet visitors while highlighting apartment features.
• Manage leases by processing applications, background/credit checks, and preparing lease agreements per Fair Housing Laws.
• Support residents with renewals, policy questions, and coordination with maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of guest traffic, resident files, and unit inventory using property software.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Property Tours: Greet visitors warmly, present community amenities, and highlight individual apartment unit features.
• Manage Leases: Process applications, complete background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with Fair Housing Laws
• Support Residents: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with renewals, answering policy questions, and coordinating with maintenance.
• Maintain Records: Complete detailed record-keeping of guest traffic, resident files, and unit inventory via property software.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, or retail customer service experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Software: Familiarity with property management software is a strong plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as required by property needs.
