Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience for temporary or temp-to-hire assignments in professionally managed apartment communities. The role requires on-site presence and strong customer service skills.

Ideal candidates will have 6–12 months of apartment leasing experience, knowledge of Fair Housing, and hands-on use of Yardi/OneSite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of on-site multifamily leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Hands-on experience with property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

This role is ideal for confident, customer-focused leasing professionals who can step in immediately and add value in a fast-paced, resident-driven environment.

Job Duties

Job Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
