Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals who are dependable, motivated, and customer service-driven in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include conducting property tours, guiding applicants through leasing, processing leases and renewals, handling deposits and rent, and delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
