Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience for temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed communities.

Responsibilities include property tours, guiding applicants through leasing, processing leases, deposits, and move-in documents, while delivering outstanding customer service and accurate records. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience on-site.
• Familiar with Fair Housing regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite or similar PM software.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to tour properties, including stairs and walking.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience. This opportunity is exclusively for candidates with prior apartment leasing backgrounds who are interested in temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed apartment communities.

Job Duties

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required)
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
