Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) seeks seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience for temporary or temp-to-hire assignments in professionally managed apartment communities.

Minimum 1 year of on-site leasing experience is required, along with strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and proficiency with Yardi or OneSite. Weekend availability and excellent communication are essential to deliver superior resident service.

• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports.

This opportunity is exclusively for candidates with prior apartment leasing backgrounds who are interested in temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed apartment communities.

Job Duties

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
