Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) seeks seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience for temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed communities.

Ideal candidates are confident, customer-focused and ready to start in a fast-paced, resident-driven environment. The role emphasizes tours, applications, leases, and excellent service. Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite is preferred, with weekend availability helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of on-site multifamily leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and communicate community features.
• Guide residents through the application and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, in person.
• Handle deposits and rent payments accurately.
• Maintain records and leasing reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience. This opportunity is exclusively for candidates with prior apartment leasing backgrounds who are interested in temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed apartment communities.

This role is ideal for confident, customer-focused leasing professionals who can step in immediately and add value in a fast-paced, resident-driven environment.

Job Duties

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required)
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
