Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced apartment leasing professionals who are dependable, motivated, and customer service-driven. This role operates in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment and involves conducting property tours, guiding residents through the application process, and processing leases.

The position requires 1 year of leasing experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community.
