Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience for temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed apartment communities in Houston, Texas. The role requires on-site leasing experience (minimum 1 year), strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and hands-on use of Yardi or OneSite.

You will conduct tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and deliver stellar customer service

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of on-site apartment leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to tour properties and climb stairs.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Job Duties

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required)
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
