Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to rent apartments and support the Community Manager. You will greet prospects, tour properties, qualify prospects and close rentals with applications and deposits. Daily duties include inspecting the property, processing leases, and maintaining organized records.

You will help implement the community marketing plan, manage leads, and assist with move-in packages andtenant communication. Flexibility for weekend/evening shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing and resident services is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes by generating traffic, responding to inquiries, greeting prospects and closing the sale with a rental application and deposit.
• Visually inspect property daily for cleanliness and touch up model units.
• Process rental applications, collect documents, schedule move-ins and prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease files per policy and record traffic from all sources daily.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and at least two additional contacts.
• Assist with planning and implementing the community marketing plan.
• Keep leads and contacts organized and update weekly.
• Deliver move-in packages and walk residents through turn-in procedures.
• Assist Community Director with additional tasks as required.
