Wolff Properties in St. Louis is seeking a driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at our 206-unit apartment community. This role suits a sales professional who thrives on closing leases, building relationships, and meeting occupancy goals.

You will conduct tours, follow up on leads, maintain pipeline, process applications, and stay on top of market trends to support marketing and cross-property performance. Travel locally and work a rotating schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience.
• Proven closing skills and strong sales mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to travel locally when needed; rotating Saturdays schedule.
