Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience coordinating vendors and property maintenance activities.
• Basic budgeting and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance activities and work orders.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, schedule services, monitor performance.
• Utilize Yardi to track leasing, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Develop and manage the property budget, forecast expenses, control costs.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns, foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance to senior management.
