Job summary

Woodmont Properties is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage resident leases, tours, and move-in processes across our apartment communities. You will respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, and coordinate with the Community Manager to optimize occupancy.

You'll handle applications, verify qualifications, prepare lease documents, collect deposits, and assist with renewals while upholding Fair Housing laws and delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales and/or Customer Service training is required.
• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and close prospects by presenting features and benefits.
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from guests and residents.
• Review unit availability daily and prepare showings.
• Conduct tours of model apartments and prepare ready-to-show units.
• Create applicant files, process applications, and verify qualifications.
• Schedule lease signings and collect deposits; handle renewals.
