Responsabilités

• Lease apartments to qualified applicants following procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Take inquiries from prospects, describe apartments and community benefits, and set appointments.
• Greet prospects, register information, and maintain a customer-centered service culture.
• Assist with application processing, collect fees, and forward to Community Manager for approval.
• Schedule move-ins, follow up with prospects, and maintain lease records.
• Maintain vacancy listings, marketing reports, and outreach to the community and partners.
