Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors; coordinate tours and leasing inquiries.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in line with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Coordinate the resident application review and complete lease packets.
• Handle resident inquiries and provide timely follow up.
