Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Frisco, TX to welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries. You’ll act as the central communication point between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

You bring 1+ year of customer service experience, a High School diploma or GED, and solid MS Office skills to lease apartments effectively while delivering outstanding service in a high-volume community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on a team and present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Lease apartments and sell properties in line with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Coordinate resident applications and complete lease packets.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as choices.
• Provide timely follow up on resident inquiries or issues.
