Job summary

Omega Management Group in Wichita, KS seeks a Residential Community Manager to maximize income and control expenses at the apartment community. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the management office and staff, ensure the property is clean, in good repair, and target occupancy is met, and handle resident needs, rent collection, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency, some college preferred
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience in management, sales, and/or office administration. Prior apartment management experience is preferred
• The ARM or CAM designations are preferred.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maximize income and control expenses at the apartment community
• Oversee day-to-day operations and organization of the apartment management office and staff
• Promote increased rental revenue, service residents’ needs, collect rents and fees, maintain the property
• Interact with residents, vendors, visitors, and the public in a professional manner
• Keep accurate records and supervise staff as needed
