Job summary

Highland Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper in Broomfield, CO to perform housekeeping duties for the main buildings and to thoroughly clean apartments so they are rent-ready. You will work at Academy Place and the Northwest building, with a schedule of less than 30 hours per week and mileage compensation.

The position requires reliability, basic cleaning skills, and the ability to meet confidentiality requirements around resident information and policies.

Position: Housekeeper

Location: Broomfield, CO

This position performs housekeeping duties for the main buildings and also is responsible for thoroughly cleaning apartments so that they are rent-ready. Must have the ability to work in both the Academy Place building and the Northwest building. Other duties as assigned. There will be mileage compensation.

Physical Requirements:

• General janitorial including vacant units, common areas, offices, and restrooms
• Bending, kneeling, and awkward positions, and confined spaces to install/modify jobs
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and be insurable for company vehicles
• Standard vision, with or without corrective eyewear.
• Standard hearing, with or without a hearing aid.

Schedule and Benefits:

• Schedule: Varies - less than 30 hours per week Monday through Friday.
