Above The Rest Staffing is seeking an Apartment Groundskeeper / Entry Level Maintenance Tech in Denver to perform routine groundskeeping tasks, water plants, and maintain flower beds. You will keep sidewalks and common areas clean and assist with irrigation systems and outdoor lighting upkeep.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in landscaping, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail. Weekly pay and a friendly team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in landscaping is a plus.
• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping with plant care and lawn maintenance.
• Familiarity with mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a visually appealing landscape.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine groundskeeping, water plants, and maintain flower beds.
