Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds-keeping tasks, watering plants, and maintaining flower beds.

• Inspect property to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and landscaping needs.
• Assist with installation and upkeep of irrigation systems and outdoor lighting.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repair needs.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping supplies and restock as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial, grounds-keeping and or construction cleanup, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds-keeping tasks, watering plants, and maintaining flower beds.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of sidewalks, parking areas, and common areas, including picking up trash, sweeping, and removing debris.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and landscaping needs.
• Assist with the installation and upkeep of irrigation systems and outdoor lighting fixtures.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repair needs and maintain a well-functioning property.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure and hazard-free environment for residents and staff.
