• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds-keeping tasks, watering plants, and maintaining flower beds.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of sidewalks, parking areas and common areas.
• Inspect property to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and landscaping needs.
• Assist with installation and upkeep of irrigation systems and outdoor lighting.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repair needs.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping supplies and restock as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure resident and staff safety.
