Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property including grounds, pools, parking, breezeways and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times.
• Assist in unit turnover by removing items left by previous residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and promptly address debris or hazards on the property.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain resident satisfaction.
