Venterra Realty is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our Townestone property in Richmond, TX. You will handle trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and assist with turnover preparation to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance is preferred; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is required. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property including grounds, pools, spas, parking lots, breezeways, and common areas.
• Ensure amenities are clean, functional, and safe at all times.
• Assist in unit turnover by removing items left by residents.
