Venterra Realty at The Retreat at Lakeland is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, pools, and common areas. This role handles trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and assists with apartment turnover to create a welcoming environment for residents.

The Porter also delivers notices, addresses debris or hazards promptly, and provides on-call maintenance support as needed to uphold resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, pools, parking areas and common spaces.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities.
• Assist in the unit turn process by removing items left by previous residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and address debris or hazards on the property.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain resident satisfaction.
