Kay Apartment Communities is seeking an NC Specialist for our 362-unit community in Silver Spring, MD. You will help keep the property neat and clean, maintain common areas, and support residents with exceptional service.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work extended hours including weekends, and a valid driver's license. Training and benefits are provided as part of the service team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal by keeping public and common areas neat and clean.
• Clean grounds and remove trash and debris; sweep sidewalks and pathways.
• Clean and maintain all common areas (pool deck, laundry rooms, parking, corridors, stairwells, storage).
• Assist in preparing apartments to be rented and deliver notices to residents.
