Job summary

A Better Way ABA in Indiana is seeking a prudent Multifamily Property Manager to oversee assigned residential properties with a focus on maximizing asset value, tenant satisfaction, and revenue.

You will manage all aspects of property operations, coordinate maintenance, negotiate contracts, market vacancies, collect receivables, develop annual budgets, supervise staff, and build relationships to expand business opportunities.

• Proven work experience as property manager
