Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community in Minnesota (Burnsville area). You will lead a property operations team, drive leasing and revenue performance, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, team, and resources to meet budgets.
• Set rents, collect payments, and review monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and ensure insurance certificates and codes are correct.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Glean market trends and adjust marketing/leasing plans to hit occupancy targets.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely response to service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain owner relationships and provide performance updates.
