Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rents to meet targeted revenues and manage collections and deposits.
• Approve invoices and coordinate with vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and move-outs.
• Glean market trends to inform short- and long-term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and manage performance.
• Maintain client/owner relations through updates and property performance reports.
• For California: follow state-specific lease file checklists as applicable.
