Job summary

Mayfair Management Group in New Mexico seeks a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our apartment community. You will handle preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance, including grounds, custodial tasks, and basic A/C work.

Requirements include owning basic tools, ability to read and follow instructions, and strong communication with residents and staff. Weekend/on-call OT may be required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a basic understanding of general maintenance and skilled trades.
• Experience with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliances is preferred.
• Familiarity with make-readies and some A/C work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance on the apartment community.
• Maintain physical grounds and custodial tasks.
• Read, interpret, and follow instructions and governmental regulations as applicable.
• Communicate effectively with residents and other employees.
