The role involves maintaining and improving the apartment community, including grounds, preventive and emergency maintenance, and ensuring the physical integrity of the property.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and make-readies, plus the ability to read and follow simple instructions and

Competenze

• Experience in general building maintenance and upkeep.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Comfort with reading simple instructions and following maintenance procedures.
