• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, social services, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in residential property management.
• Experience with PBRA/LIHTC and fair housing regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leases apartments and handles move-in/lease signing processes.
• Reviews waiting lists and minimizes vacancy loss.
• Conducts property inspections and coordinates with maintenance.
• Prepares reports for the Property Manager.
• Ensures compliance with program rules and rent determinations.
• Assists with marketing and resident relations to maximize occupancy.
