Job summary

LHP Capital, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Pinnacle Park Apartments in Knoxville, TN. This role oversees rental applications through HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit, rent collections, annual re-certifications, compliance, and overall property maintenance, with supervision of office staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing, customer service, and supervision, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing preferred.
• Experience in customer service/sales preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle rental applications through HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit.
• Manage rent collections and annual re-certifications.
• Ensure filing, compliance, and customer service across the property.
• Oversee maintenance functions for curb appeal, unit turns, and work orders.
• Guide and supervise Leasing Agent and office staff.
